The Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Lok Kwan District Support Centre was supported by the Social Welfare Department's "Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities" to launch the one-and-a-half-year "Rhythm Resilience" programme, offering a variety of musical instrument courses for persons with disabilities.
This inclusive music concert allows centre members to showcase their learning achievements and musical talents, while also inviting different organisations and groups to perform together, enabling various communities to share the joy of music.
