Beloved stories brought to life through the magic of live music
"Who’s been eating my porridge?” three hungry bears cry. Follow the
mischievous girl and the gifted bear pianist, together with an ensemble of musicians through two beloved tales in one loving musical journey.
In the first half, performers bring the classic Goldilocks and the Three Bears to life as live music captures the tiptoeing of Goldilocks, the crack of baby bear’s chair and the thundering footsteps of three surprised bears. Then the magic shifts: The Bear and the Piano — the heart-tugging Waterstones Prize-winning illustrated book by David
Litchfield turned into animation — fills the screen, with live music synchronised to every brushstroke. Children can meet the
performers and get up close with their instruments, and discover how each one tells its own part of the story.
